What we collect

When you order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus the artwork you upload to the sheet builder.

How we use it

• Your artwork is used only to print your order. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it in advertising without asking you first.
• Your contact and delivery details are used to process, ship and support your order.

Payment details

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card details go directly to them and never reach our systems.

How long we keep things

Design files are held only as long as needed to produce your order and are deleted automatically within 14 days of an order being completed or abandoned. Order records (what you bought, when, delivery address) are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the services that help us run the store: our store platform (Shopify), our payment provider, our hosting provider, our email provider and the delivery carrier.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email stickeraats@gmail.com.
