Where we ship
We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Processing time

Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. The carrier's transit time is added to the processing time. The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate from the carrier, not a guaranteed date.
Photos for custom booklets are checked before printing. If your order needs a review, processing time pauses until the review is complete, and we will contact you if we need anything from you.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and is shown in full before payment.
Tracking your shipment
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when available.
Lost shipments
If a shipment is lost, we follow up with the carrier ourselves. If it does not arrive, we reprint and reship it or give you a full refund.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Custom booklets
A custom booklet is printed specifically for you from your design and cannot be sold to anyone else, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- Before printing starts: you can cancel your order and get a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.
- After printing starts: the order cannot be cancelled.
Ready-made booklets
You can return a ready-made booklet within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened and unused. We refund the product price, and return shipping is at your expense.
Damaged or incorrect products
Send us a photo of the product within 7 days of receiving it, and we will reprint it or give you a full refund. The choice is yours.
What is not considered a defect
- A low-resolution image that printed blurry after the design tool warned you about it.
- A slight color difference between screen and paper. Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so colors will not match exactly.
- Cutting variation of about ±1 mm. This is why the design tool enforces a safety margin.
When you get your refund
We refund to the same payment method you used. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a cancellation or return
Email us at stickeraats@gmail.com and include your order number. If the product is damaged, attach photos.
This policy is a minimum standard we commit to and does not reduce any stronger right given to you by the Consumer Protection Law or the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
